The 4 Years
In 2019 he set out on a mission to simplify wellbeing.
Two years later, on 8th October 2021 Bear began a four year process;
a homemade degree in order to study the simplest ways to manage stress- tension.
​
To do this he set himself four, consecutive year-long challenges,
each with a corresponding intention:
To Listen: Year 1 - 365 day vow of silence
To Play: Year 2 - 365 days of wearing only fancy dress/costumes
To Love: Year 3 - 365 days of service
To Empower: Year 4 - 365 days barefoot

He is now in his fourth and final year of this project, end with a closing event at a theatre in London.
